Amends Section 486-120.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to require that macadamia nut labels specify both growing AND processing in Hawaii, not just growing.

Labels claiming "100% Hawaii-Grown Macadamia Nuts" or "Hawaiian Macadamia Nuts" now require that nuts be both grown and processed in the State.

Products containing macadamia nuts grown or processed outside Hawaii must display the label: "This product contains macadamia nuts grown or processed outside Hawaiʻi."

Requires sellers to provide documented proof to the administrator that macadamia nuts claimed to be Hawaii-grown and Hawaii-processed actually meet both requirements.

Effective January 2, 2026.
