Prohibits 340B covered entities in Hawaii from entering into contracts with drug manufacturers, wholesale distributors, or their agents that restrict or prohibit acquisition of 340B drugs through contract pharmacies, effective June 30, 2025.

Voids any contract provision for drugs sold under the maximum allowable cost payment model if that model was in effect on or before June 30, 2025.

Authorizes the Hawaii Attorney General to bring civil actions against parties who violate the contract pharmacy restrictions.
