Second violation: minimum fine of $2,000 and maximum of $4,000.

Third violation: minimum fine of $4,000 and maximum of $8,000.

Fourth violation: one-month license suspension; fifth violation: license revocation.

Applies enhanced penalties to violations of tampering with samples, refusing sample delivery, obstructing liquor commission operations, and other liquor law infractions in qualifying counties.
