Changes the due date for the Department of Education's annual computer science legislative report from June 30 to October 31 beginning in 2025.

Allows inclusion of academic quarter four computer science data from schools in the annual report, which was previously impossible under the June 30 deadline.

Report must continue to include computer science courses offered, student enrollment disaggregated by gender, race/ethnicity, special education status, English language learner status, lunch program eligibility, and grade level.

Report must also include computer science instructor counts disaggregated by certification, gender, race/ethnicity, and highest academic degree earned.

Amendments to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 302A-323(e) take effect upon approval.
