Creates a School Psychologists Working Group within the Department of Education to develop an immediate pathway to licensure for school psychologists in Hawaii.

Working group shall consist of the superintendent of education, director of commerce and consumer affairs, and attorney general (or their designees), with invitations extended to representatives from the Hawaii Association of School Psychologists, National Association of School Psychologists, Board of Psychology, and Hawaii Psychological Association.

Working group shall submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2026 regular session.

Working group members shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses including travel.

Working group shall cease to exist on July 31, 2026, and the act takes effect on July 1, 2050.
