Establishes a nationally certified school psychologist incentive program within the Department of Education to recognize school psychologists who earn the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential from the National Association of School Psychologists.

Provides annual bonus payments to school psychologists who maintain current national certification (specific amount to be determined).

Offers up to a specified amount upon completing all components of the national certification, plus reimbursement of remaining application fees upon achievement of the credential.

Provides an additional annual bonus to school psychologists employed by the department who maintain certification and serve in hard-to-fill areas as defined by the department.

Appropriates an unspecified sum from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to fund the incentive program, effective July 1, 3000.
