• Appropriates $250,000 for fiscal year 2025-2026 and $250,000 for fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Office of Veterans' Services from general state revenues.

• Funds designated for maintaining a center that provides information, counsel, aid, and assistance to veterans, their families, and dependents pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 363-3(1).

• Supports cooperation with federal agencies administering veterans' rights and benefits pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 363-3(4).

• Authorizes the Office of Veterans' Services to contract with qualified entities under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapter 103D to carry out these purposes.
