Removes the aggregate exemption that allowed owners of multiple parking facilities statewide to meet electric vehicle charging requirements across different properties instead of at each individual lot.

Requires places of public accommodation with at least 100 parking spaces to have at least one parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charging system at each individual parking structure or lot.

Authorizes counties to adopt ordinances regulating electric vehicle charging systems, including maintenance requirements, for places of public accommodation with fewer than 100 parking spaces.

Authorizes counties to enforce requirements and establish penalties for failure to comply with or maintain electric vehicle charging systems in working order.

Takes effect July 1, 3000.
