• Allows temporary in-person, face-to-face psychological practice for up to 30 days within a calendar year in another Compact State with an active Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate.

• Creates the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission to oversee implementation, establish uniform rules, maintain a coordinated licensure database, and enforce compliance among member states.

• Requires participating states to meet standards including identity history summaries, complaint mechanisms, adverse action reporting, and compliance with Commission rules and bylaws.
