Reduces the planned minimum wage increase scheduled for January 1, 2026, from $16.00 to $15.00 per hour, a $1.00 reduction.

Repeals the scheduled minimum wage increase to $18.00 per hour that was set to begin January 1, 2028.

Repeals the tip credit increase to $1.50 per hour scheduled for January 1, 2028, maintaining the $1.25 per hour tip credit established January 1, 2024.

Simplifies the combined wage requirement for tipped employees by removing outdated language while maintaining the requirement that combined compensation from employer and tips total at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage.

Takes effect upon approval.
