Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to conduct an evaluation of all its facilities for compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended

Department must compile a list of facilities that are non-compliant with ADA requirements

Department must submit a report of findings to the legislature by November 1, 2025

Establishes legislative findings that many state facilities lack ADA compliance and that compliance is mandatory to ensure disabled community members have equal access to programs and services
