Establishes a three-year student athlete travel pilot program administered by the Department of Education to fund intra-county travel expenses for student athletes in counties with populations under 500,000.

Authorizes the Department of Education to collaborate with private entities and volunteers for chartering or rental of transportation and housing for participating student athletes.

Requires the Department of Education to submit a report to the legislature by twenty days prior to the 2028 regular session detailing participant numbers, total funds expended, per-athlete costs, and contracted transportation companies.

Appropriates an unspecified sum from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, with funds usable for hiring an athletic clerk to assist with travel procurement and program implementation.

Pilot program terminates on June 30, 2028, and the Act takes effect on July 1, 3000 (note: effective date contains apparent typographical error).
