Designates the first Friday in May of each year as "Laulau Day" in Hawaii to celebrate the traditional Hawaiian dish of pork or fish wrapped in kalo and ti leaves and steamed in an imu.

Recognizes laulau as a cherished cultural practice in Hawaiian communities and honors Native Hawaiian food traditions and their cultural significance.

Establishes "Laulau Day" to raise awareness of the dish's cultural importance and support local farmers, chefs, and communities preserving Hawaiian food traditions.

Specifies that Laulau Day is not and shall not be construed to be a state holiday.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
