• Requests the probate court increase transparency and stakeholder participation in the Kamehameha Schools Board of Trustees selection process.

• Asks the probate court to fully observe the January 6, 2000 court order regarding the composition of the Trustee Screening Committee, which requires members to be familiar with Hawaiian history and Pauahi's legacy.

• Requests the court appoint future Trustee Screening Committees comprising Kamehameha Schools stakeholders, including Native Hawaiians, alumni, faculty, staff, parents, and members of the greater Hawaiian community.

• Directs the probate court to be transparent regarding the qualifications of and methods used to select Trustee Screening Committee members.

• Requires transmission of certified copies to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court, Chief Administrator of the Courts, and Chair of the Kamehameha Schools Board of Trustees.
