Request the Director of Health to convene a Water Fluoridation Working Group to determine best practices and address obstacles to fluoridating Hawaii's drinking water systems.

Working Group shall include the Director of Health (as Chairperson), and representatives from the Board of Water Supply of Honolulu, and water departments of Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii counties.

Working Group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes.

Working Group is scheduled to dissolve on June 30, 2026.

Resolution cites Hawaii's failing grades on oral health report cards and notes that the state's public water systems currently have no added fluoride except on military bases.
