Requests the Department of Transportation, Department of Education, and Maui County Department of Public Works to collaborate on solutions to improve pedestrian and traffic safety around Haiku Elementary School on Maui's north coast.

Directs the three departments to assess current traffic patterns, explore infrastructure improvements such as signage and pedestrian crossings, and develop plans to manage vehicle and pedestrian flow during school drop-off and pick-up times.

Requires review of potential modifications to bus routes, road and curb space, and school parking areas to alleviate congestion around the school.

Mandates consultation with community members, including parents, school officials, and residents, to incorporate feedback into proposed solutions.

Requires submission of a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than thirty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes.
