Urges Congress, state counties, and relevant agencies to provide increased and sustained funding to the Invasive Species Committees and Hawaiʻi Ant Lab within the Pacific Cooperative Studies Unit at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.

Identifies invasive species as a major threat to Hawaii's native ecosystems, agriculture, and tourism industries, with potential for millions of dollars in damages if left unchecked.

Directs funding toward expanding invasive species control programs, increasing research and monitoring, enhancing public outreach, supporting interagency collaboration, and providing treatment options for affected residents and farmers.

Urges counties and the Invasive Species Committees to seek federal grants to support invasive species prevention and response efforts throughout the State.

Requires transmission of copies to federal officials, Hawaii's congressional delegation, state agriculture and land management officials, university leadership, and county mayors.
