Urges the Hawaii Tourism Authority and Department of Transportation to expand the Kāhea Airport Greetings Program to display student artwork at all neighbor island airports, including Kahului, Līhu'e, Kona International, Hilo International, Moloka'i, and Lāna'i airports.

Supports the Hawaii Tourism Authority's funding request of $888,889 for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to continue the program, which was cut in fiscal year 2025.

Encourages the Hawaii Tourism Authority and Department of Transportation to collaborate with the Department of Education and local communities to implement the program expansion.

Identifies the current Kāhea Airport Greetings Program at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport as part of the Visitor Experience Initiative that provides free, year-round Hawaiian entertainment and cultural enrichment while supporting young artists.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, Director of Transportation, Superintendent of Education, and Chief Executive Officer of the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
