References the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC) held in Hawaii in June 2024, which attracted over 500,000 visitors and 2,200 delegates from more than 25 island nations

Identifies the festival as promoting trans-Pacific cooperation and preserving cultural heritages of Micronesia, Melanesia, and Polynesia

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Executive Director of the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, Mayor of Honolulu, Executive Director of the Honolulu Mayor's Office of Culture and the Arts, and all Honolulu City Council members
