Encourages KSBE to maintain the status quo in future land use decisions to minimize impacts to the surrounding community and limit disruptions to current asset utilization.

Identifies July 2025 expiration of KSBE farm leases in Kamilonui Valley affecting long-standing farmers, some in their seventies, who were burdened with a $10,000 Environmental Protection Agency-related fine.

Notes 2028 expiration of leases for land in Hahaione Valley currently home to the Japan-America Institute of Management Science (JAIMS), raising community concerns about future development and resident view planes.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to KSBE leadership, the Hawaii Kai Neighborhood Board, JAIMS, The Oahu Club, and the Kamilonui Valley Farmers Association.
