Requests the State Auditor to conduct an impact assessment report on mandatory health insurance coverage for continuous glucose monitors as proposed by House Bill No. 820 in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 23-51 and 23-52.

Requires the Auditor to evaluate both social and financial effects of the proposed mandate, including coverage details, target groups, utilization limitations, and standards of care.

Mandates the Auditor submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2026.

Notes that approximately 108,600 adults (9.5% of state population) live with diabetes requiring strict blood glucose management and that continuous glucose monitors provide real-time glucose data superior to traditional blood glucose meters.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
