Requests the State Auditor to conduct a social and financial impact assessment of proposed mandatory health insurance coverage for Native Hawaiian healing practices (lomilomi massage, 'ai pono, la'au lapa'au, and ho'oponopono) offered through federally qualified health centers.

References House Bill No. 641 from the 2025 Regular Session as the proposed legislation requiring the assessment under Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 23-51 and 23-52.

Currently only two health insurance providers in Hawaii voluntarily cover Native Hawaiian healing and cultural practices.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the 2026 Regular Session.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
