Declares Hawaii's House of Representatives stands with Taiwan to support democracy and security in the Indo-Pacific region.

Endorses Taiwan's participation as an observer in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, International Civil Aviation Organization, World Health Organization, and International Criminal Police Organization.

Supports further progress on the United States-Taiwan Initiative on 21st-Century Trade, including potential bilateral trade agreements and investment agreements.

Affirms Hawaii-Taiwan sister-state relationship established in 1993 and highlights Taiwan's role as a major U.S. trading partner ($158.6 billion in total goods) and producer of over 90 percent of advanced semiconductor chips.

Directs transmission of resolution to the President, Congressional leaders, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, U.S. Trade Representative, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, Governor, and Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.
