Request the Department of Agriculture to add a section to the State of Hawaii Plant and Animal Declaration Form requiring individuals to acknowledge awareness of federal, state, and county laws protecting public monuments, Native Hawaiian cultural sites, burial grounds, and places of worship.

Individuals completing the form must affirm they are aware of these desecration laws, know how to learn more about them, and will comply with them.

Once the Akamai Arrival Program is fully operational, the desecration law acknowledgment section should be integrated into that digital system.

Direct certified copies of the resolution to the National Park Service Regional Director, Governor, Board of Agriculture Chairperson, Hawaii Tourism Authority CEO, and each county Mayor.

Leverage the State of Hawaii Plant and Animal Declaration Form as an educational tool to reach all visitors required to complete it regarding laws that protect sacred and cultural sites.
