Urges the City and County of Honolulu to work with stakeholders to construct a sidewalk for pedestrian safety between Iroquois Point and Ewa Beach.

Identifies lack of adequate lighting, dense bushes, and absence of sidewalks as significant safety risks in the area between Iroquois Point and Ewa Beach.

References Hawaii Department of Transportation findings that pedestrians and bicyclists are the most vulnerable roadway users.

Designates stakeholders involved in the project as private property owners, the United States Navy, the City and County of Honolulu, and the Ewa Beach Country Club.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Commander of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Mayor of Honolulu, City Councilmember for District 1, Director of Transportation Services, and General Manager of Ewa Beach Country Club.
