Designate Kunia, Leilehua Plateau, and Poamoho as the Central Oahu Agricultural Corridor through the Agribusiness Development Corporation.

Direct the Department of Transportation to implement traffic signage in the corridor establishing a 35 miles per hour speed limit and "No Passing" zones.

Request the Agribusiness Development Corporation to create a prioritized statewide list of agricultural infrastructure improvement projects based on estimated production increase, project cost, county plans, zoning, state land use, and other relevant factors.

Require the Agribusiness Development Corporation to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2026 Regular Session.

Support Hawaii's goal to double local food production by 2030 and reduce dependence on food imports, which currently account for 85 percent of the state's food consumption.
