• Director of Health is requested to convene a Water Fluoridation Working Group to determine best practices and address obstacles to fluoridating the State's drinking water.

• Working Group shall consist of the Director of Health (as Chairperson), plus representatives from the Board of Water Supply of Honolulu, and Department of Water Supply departments from Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii counties.

• Working Group is requested to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2026.

• Working Group is requested to dissolve on June 30, 2026.
