Request Hawaii Community Development Authority to initiate planning of a Health Tech Hub in Kakaako Makai on a five-acre lot (Lot C) owned by HCDA at Ilalo Street (Tax Map Key No. (1)2-1-015:052)

Health Tech Hub intended to accelerate adoption of health care technology and promote development of Hawaii's health care workforce, with focus on technologies including virtual reality, augmented reality, and generative artificial intelligence for diagnostics and treatment

HCDA directed to coordinate planning with Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawaii Cancer Center, and Hawaii Broadband and Digital Equity Office

HCDA required to submit a conceptual plan report including proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2026 Regular Session

Certified copies to be transmitted to relevant state agencies and university officials listed in the resolution
