Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish a collaborative working group to survey, identify, and monitor culturally sensitive shorelines affected by erosion, particularly those with Native Hawaiian burial sites (iwi kūpuna).

Specifies working group membership including representatives from the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, State Historic Preservation Division, Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands, Island Burial Councils, and the four county governments (Honolulu, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai).

Directs the working group to develop a process to protect iwi kūpuna exposed by shoreline erosion and identify public lands suitable for reinterment sites near culturally sensitive areas.

Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to identify funding methods to support the working group's operations and construction of secure, culturally appropriate reinterment vaults in designated locations.

Requires the working group to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session convenes.
