Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau to review all reports required by statute to be submitted to the Legislature and recommend which reports should be discontinued

Directs the Legislative Reference Bureau to use its existing tracking and monitoring system under section 23G-5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to identify outdated or unnecessary reporting requirements

Identifies that certain statutory reporting requirements may no longer be necessary because related programs no longer exist or reports contain little to no new information between submissions

Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 Regular Session

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau
