Directs the agencies to assess current traffic patterns, explore infrastructure improvements such as signage and pedestrian crossings, and develop vehicle and pedestrian flow management plans during school drop-off and pick-up times

Requires review of potential modifications to bus routes, road and curb space, and school parking areas to reduce congestion

Mandates consultation with community members including parents, school officials, and residents to incorporate feedback into proposed solutions

Requires the Department of Transportation to submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than thirty days before the Regular Session of 2026
