Establishes a legislative working group to provide continued oversight of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands' execution of $600,000,000 appropriated under Act 279, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022.

Working group consists of seven House representatives, chaired by Luke A. Evslin (Representative from the Sixteenth District), with authority for the Speaker to amend membership as needed.

Requires the working group to submit a progress report by twenty days prior to the Regular Session of 2026 and a final report by twenty days before the Regular Session of 2027.

Working group shall cease to exist on January 1, 2027.

Addresses the need for continued legislative oversight following Act 125, Session Laws of Hawaii 2024, which extended the encumbrance deadline for Act 279 funds to June 30, 2026.
