Recognizes January 11-17, 2026, as "Strong Start, Strong Economy Week" in Hawaii.

Requests Representatives from House Districts 4 and 5 to work with scholars, organizations, and local initiatives to explore connections between family stability, early childhood stability, and economic impact during the designated week.

Acknowledges that 40 percent of Hawaii households live below the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) threshold as of 2024, with the threshold for a single adult at $39,384 annually and for a family with two adults, one infant, and one preschooler at $107,796 annually.

Recognizes that early childhood stability leads to improved cognitive, social, and emotional development, reducing intergenerational poverty and preparing children to meet the State's skilled workforce needs.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and President of the Senate.
