Encourages KSBE to maintain the status quo in future land use decisions, minimizing impacts to the surrounding community and limiting disruptions to current asset utilization.

Notes that KSBE farm leases in Kamilonui Valley expire in July 2025, affecting long-standing community farmers in their seventies who recently received a $10,000 fine passed on from KSBE's EPA violation regarding cesspool conversions.

Identifies that leases for land in Hahaione Valley, currently home to the Japan-America Institute of Management Science (JAIMS) and other properties, expire in 2028, raising community concerns about future development.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to KSBE executives and board members, Hawaii Kai Neighborhood Board Chair, JAIMS President, The Oahu Club Manager, and the Kamilonui Valley Farmers Association.
