Requests the State Auditor to conduct an impact assessment of House Bill No. 820 (Regular Session of 2025), which proposes mandatory health insurance coverage for continuous glucose monitors.

Requires the assessment to comply with sections 23-51 and 23-52, Hawaii Revised Statutes, evaluating both social and financial effects of the proposed health insurance mandate.

Mandates the Auditor submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2026.

Notes approximately 108,600 adults (9.5 percent of Hawaii's adult population) live with diabetes, which requires continuous blood glucose management to prevent serious complications.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
