Congratulates Bryan Silver as the 2025 Hawai'i State Teacher of the Year, recognizing over 20 years of teaching at Kalani High School in history, special education, and career/technical education with focus on robotics programs.

Bryan Silver won $50,000 for Kalani High School's robotics program through the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence in 2024, the first Hawai'i recipient of this award.

Honors Jade Pham and Rory Inouye as 2023 Milken Educator Award recipients; Pham serves as TA Vice Principal and Student Services Coordinator at Prince David Kawānanakoa Middle School, while Inouye teaches mathematics at Wai'ākea High School.

Recognizes Kristy Inamasu as the 2024 Milken Educator Award recipient at Kalihi Uka Elementary School, whose students achieved reading score increases of 8 points and math score increases of 12 points in one year.

Honors Kimberly Kim as the 2024 State of Hawai'i Teacher of Promise Award recipient from Milken Educators, recognizing her 18-year education career and commitment to inclusive classroom environments at Moanalua Middle School.
