Recognizes Genshu Price as a 2024 Prudential Emerging Visionaries winner and founder of Bottles4College, which has recycled 1.75 million bottles and cans, granted $43,500 in college scholarships, and donated $10,000 in disaster relief.

Commends Koko Head Elementary School as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School that exceeds statewide averages by 10 percentage points in English language arts and 16 percentage points in math, and operates as an International Baccalaureate World School.
