Congratulates Robin Barros as the 2025 Hawai'i Public Charter School Teacher of the Year; she holds a Bachelor of Arts in studio art from Linfield College and Master of Fine Arts from Pacific Northwest College of Art, and has five years of experience at SEEQS teaching sculpture, multimedia, and sustainability courses.

Honors Tennelle Clark as the 2025 Leeward District Nānākuli-Wai'anae Complex Area Teacher of the Year; a University of Hawai'i-West O'ahu graduate who has taught fourth and fifth grade for five years and spearheaded quarterly career days and student-led career fairs.

Recognizes Leah Gouker as the 2025 Hawai'i District Kā'ū-Keaʻau-Pāhoa Complex Area Teacher of the Year; she holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and Certificate in Peace Studies, teaches seventh and eleventh grade social studies at Pāhoa High & Intermediate School, and serves as Community Co-Chair for Kīlauea Eruption Recovery.

Honors Karla "Viviana" Martinez as the 2025 Hawai'i District Honoka'a-Kealakehe-Kohala-Konawaena Complex Area Teacher of the Year; an English language learner coordinator and former Teach for America Corps member who has taught at Konawaena High School since 2014 and established a Multilingual Empowerment Center.

Congratulates Jessie O'Neill-Prest as the 2025 Maui District Baldwin-Kekaulike-Kūlanihāko'i-Maui Complex Area Teacher of the Year; a 16-year Kīhei community member serving as Curriculum Coordinator at Kīhei Elementary School who champions literacy, arts integration, and place-based learning.
