Commends the Kapolei Neighborhood Security Watch groups for their dedication to public safety, community engagement, and neighborhood security.

Recognizes the groups' efforts in crime prevention, including stopping gang fights in Kanehili, conducting stakeouts targeting illegal game rooms and drug houses, and resulting in the shutdown of five drug houses and one illegal game room.

Acknowledges the groups' provision of community safety trainings on self-defense, crime prevention, gun safety, active shooter response, and purse theft awareness.

Credits the groups with helping to establish and mentor Neighborhood Security Watch programs across Oahu, including communities from Ewa Beach to Makaha, as well as Kalihi, Mililani, and Molokai.

Extends appreciation for the groups' collaboration with the Honolulu Police Department's Community Policing Team and initiatives such as Operation Blue Light Christmas and crime awareness town halls.
