Congratulates the Boys and Girls Hawaii High School Athletic Association Championship Teams and State Champion Marching Band from Mililani High School, The Trojans.

Recognizes Chloe Garcia for winning the 2025 HHSAA State Championship in the 100 Breaststroke and claiming victories at the 2025 OIA Championships in the 200 Individual Medley, 200 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, and 100 Breaststroke.

Recognizes Ethan Suyama and Sachi Nacario on the Mililani High School Marching Band for helping the band achieve victories at the Kapolei Band Festival, Kamehameha Tournament of Bands, and Mililani Bandfest with a Class AAA Superior rating.

Acknowledges that high school extracurricular programs enhance student engagement, improve health and academics, and teach values including persistence, personal growth, teamwork, and positive mentorship.
