Requests reconvening of a working group established by House Resolution No. 18 (2024) to address water and air contamination issues from the Puuloa Range Training Facility in Ewa Beach.

Identifies lead contamination in soil at the shooting range facility based on 2022 sampling by the Surfrider Foundation, with concerns about leaching into the ocean and dust migration into residential neighborhoods.

Designates the House District 40 Representative and City and County of Honolulu District 9 Councilmember as co-chairs and co-conveners of the working group.

Requests the Director of Health or designee to serve on the working group alongside original members from House Resolution No. 18.

Sets the working group's dissolution date for June 30, 2027, and requires certified copies be transmitted to the Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Department of Health, University of Hawaii, and various community organizations.
