Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources to extend hours and permit camping at Keawa'ula and Mākua Beaches, both part of Ka'ena Point State Park, from Friday morning through Sunday evening.

Keawa'ula Beach is currently open 6 AM to 7 PM daily with camping prohibited, though illegal camping occurs frequently without consistent enforcement.

Mākua Beach is also part of Ka'ena Point State Park under DLNR jurisdiction and is leased to the State by the United States Army, with camping currently not permitted.

Cites safety concerns from illegal camping and beachgoers remaining beyond park hours, and notes these beaches are highly desirable recreation spots for residents and tourists.

Directs transmittal of certified copies to the Chair of Land and Natural Resources.
