Requests the Honolulu City Council to provide funding and approve construction of a new swimming pool complex on the west side of Oahu in the Forty-First House District.

Required pool complex features include an Olympic-sized swimming pool for exercise and training, a jetted hot tub, and a dedicated children's pool.

Requests the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu to approve the capital improvement project.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Honolulu City Council and the Mayor.
