Urges the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu to conduct a traffic mitigation and calming study on Paiwa Street in Waipahu, Oahu.

Requests evaluation of traffic calming devices including speed bumps, raised crosswalks, red lights, and other applicable mitigation utilities for the Paiwa Street area.

Addresses community concerns about excessive speeding, high traffic volume, and safety risks to pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists on the heavily trafficked thoroughfare.

Requires the Department of Transportation Services to submit a report of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature prior to the 2026 Regular Session.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Director of the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
