Requests Ko Olina Golf Club owners and management, in coordination with the Department of Transportation, to develop and implement measures preventing golf balls from landing on Farrington Highway.

Identifies safety hazard where golf balls from the golf course are striking homes, cars, and pedestrians along Farrington Highway, which experiences approximately 54,000 daily commuters.

Notes that traffic on the 18.5-mile Farrington Highway corridor between Kalaeloa Boulevard and Kea'au is expected to increase by over 22 percent by 2040.

Requires the Department of Transportation to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2026.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Transportation and Ko Olina Golf Club owners and management.
