Requests the University of Hawaii Board of Regents allocate resources for faculty recruitment, curriculum development, and necessary facilities to implement the BSN program.

Affirms that additional nurse graduates would help address Hawaii's nurse shortage and that Maui healthcare facilities have ample available clinical placements for nursing students.
