Notes that Hawaii has the eighth highest rate of missing persons per capita in the nation at 7.5 missing persons per 100,000 residents.

Identifies that a disproportionate number of Hawaii's missing persons are Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander.

References that as of July 2024, there were 875 missing indigenous persons cases in the United States according to the National Institute of Justice.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the United States Attorney General and United States Attorney for the District of Hawaii.
