Commends the United States Air Force Reserve Command, 624th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Medical Operations Flight for providing mental health support to survivors of the Lahaina fires on Maui in 2023.

Recognizes 17 team members including Lt. Col. Regan Ramos, Lt. Col. Nalani Wickes, and multiple majors, captains, and enlisted personnel who coordinated the humanitarian response.

Acknowledges that four team members (Maj. Erik Steidley, Capt. Nitah Cooney, Master Sgt. Tatiana Abasolo, and Staff Sgt. Annette Lugo-Bello) provided on-site support in Maui.

Recognizes the team's partnership with the Department of Health, Kaiser Permanente, Department of Human Services, Child & Family Services, and other local organizations in delivering disaster relief.

Credits the team's efforts in distributing supplies, providing mental health services, and contributing to the emotional recovery and long-term healing of Lahaina survivors.
