Appropriates $3,000,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2025-2026 and $3,000,000 for fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Education for teacher-requested classroom supplies.

Directs the Department of Education to expend the appropriated funds for teacher-requested classroom supplies and to engage in public-private partnerships to leverage financial resources for project-based learning resources.

Acknowledges that teachers nationwide spend an average of $500 annually out-of-pocket on classroom supplies and aims to alleviate this financial burden.

Takes effect on July 1, 2025.
