Requires the Comptroller, in coordination with the Department of Human Resources Development, to assess telework-eligible allocations within state executive branch departments and agencies every even-numbered year by June 30.

Mandates that all employees identified as telework-eligible be notified of their eligibility following each assessment.

Applies only to state executive branch departments and agencies occupying space in facilities managed by the Department of Accounting and General Services or non-state facilities leased through that department.

Appropriates funds for one full-time equivalent management analyst position in the Department of Accounting and General Services' administrative services office for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

Requires the first assessment and notification to be completed by June 30, 2026.
